GHCA-AS-07 · Results & Grading Policy
A candidate passes by meeting a fixed, published standard — never by outperforming the other candidates in their sitting. Pass marks are not adjusted to hit a target pass rate.

GHCA-AD-01 · AIS-4 Integrity Standard
A sealed examination session cannot be altered by any party — including GHCA staff — other than through the formal Appeals Policy or a malpractice determination.

Adjustments must never compromise the validity of the qualification: what is being assessed cannot change, only how a candidate accesses the assessment.
